What To Eat After Workout (The window of growth ) :-


 1.Importance of After Workout:-
    This is the most important meal of the day this is the golden window of building muscles this is where you can build muscle, most of peoples don't know about it,after exercise our Body needs nutrients right away because when you workout then your muscles got break and it takes some time to recover. This is the right time to take important nutrient which is fast in absorption, you don't need any interfacing of any other nutrient,you need again Two important nutrients protein and carbohydrates again you don't need fat right after your workout because fat absorption slow in our body and I am telling you that we need fast recovery but Fat is also important nutrient we'll consume fat after our post workout drink or meal.

Protein :- protein is the primary nutrient after workout, you need protein right after your workout because when you do exercise your muscles get break and it's take some time to Ties up that's where you need to eat protein rich meal so protein can go into the muscle so that your muscle get recover fast because protein carry all the aminos that helps to grow your muscles, recover your muscles and build new muscle tissues that's why you need protein imidiate after your workout you don't need any other's nutrient interference you need protein as a prime nutrient so that for next 23 hr. your muscles get repair & recover.

Carbohydrate:- After a hard workout your body needs glucose because after hard workout body gets depleted muscle glycogen and you need to refill it to start the recovery and muscle building process, During the workout muscles use glucose in the form of energy, your body glycogen stores used as fuel during exercise and it's important to refill the glycogen so after exercise adding carbs in your post workout is important because carbohydrates boost insulin levels and helps your body to more efficiently utilize the amino acids from the protein so you rebuild & repair your muscles more quickly.

FAT :-After 1-2 hr. after your post workout drink or meal you have to consume meal it's called big food meal where you have to take all Macronutrient- Protein,Carbohydrate & Fat and Micronutrients All the minerals and vitamins. 



Meals :-

Immediate After Workout :- You need fast digestion.

  • PROTEIN 
          1.   1-2 Scoop Whey protein
                     OR
          2.  5-8 Egg Whites

  • CARBOHYDRATES  
          11-2 Bananas
                 OR
          2. One apple
                OR
          3. Grapes

After 1-2 hr. your post workout drink or meal 

1. Chicken & brown rice with Green Vegetables. 
2. Fish with whole wheat chapatti & Green Vegetables. 
3. Paneer, Whole Wheat Chapatti & green Vegetables.
