How many days we should workout in a week?

it's depend on what is your body whether you are OVERWEIGHT or UNDERWEIGHT or FIT,  
this is depend upon person to person,
 So i am going to categorized Three (3) category  The First is for OVERWEIGHT, SECOND  one for UNDERWEIGHT AND the last one for OFFICIAL PERSONS


CATEGORY 1 : FOR OVERWEIGHT


  • If you are overweight then you should do workout as much as you can,  let's say 6 days/week, 
  • Because the more you do exercise the more you get benefits because you are overweight and your body fat is high and to burn that fat you must do exercise.
  • If you want to loss your weight then you must EAT least and BURN more, means your input must be less and your output must be more.    
For that do 5-6 days/ week exercise that is absolutely right, morning or evening depend upon your scheduled

CATEGORY 2 : FOR UNDERWEIGHT

  • If you are underweight then you should workout 4-5 days/week.
  • you should not do exercise more Because your body already burn more calorie.
  • For them more input and less output.
  • If you are giving more output then you should not gain weight.
For that do 3-4 days / week exercise  so your body get recovered , it's better to do Three days exercise then Rest for one days then do two days and rest for another day
as much you give rest to your body the more your body get recovered

CATEGORY 3 : FOR OFFICIAL PERSON

  • If you don't have time then 3 days/week is very important. 
  • If you go OFFICE the do more exercise on the holiday.  
  • Because there is fast food in today lifestyle,if you are consume that then it is very important to do exercise
