3.Fish:- Fish is a lean source of protein and Fatty Fish is also good for health it has healthy source of omega-3 fatty acids, which is important for your heart,brain and skin, Studies have found that people who eat fish regularly are much less likely to become depressed, lean fish is a very fast-digesting form of protein because fish is softer and breaks apart rather easily, you have to eat fish at-least twice a week
