What To Eat Before Workout :-

  1.Importance of pre-workout- 
    The pre-workout meal is important for you because your body need fuel for better performance in the GYM and its important for preventing muscle glycogen depletion during your workout there are two MACRONUTRIENTS  that our body needs before and after workout first is protein and second is carbohydrates, if you don't consume these two important nutrients before your workout and you are working-out on empty stomach then your body will take fuel from your muscles by breaking it , your body is like a Machine and to run it properly you need right fuel, if you don't provide it with the right kind of fuel it'll not run properly if you want to maximize your output in the gym, it's important to give your body the necessary nutrients, when your body is properly fueled, it can be pushed further, lift heavier and go for longer.

 PRE-WORKOUT MEAL:-

Before workout (60-90) min. you have to consume carbs & protein based meal you don't need fat before workout, because fat is slow digestive it's gonna slow down your digestion and you don't need that, if you consume fat before your workout then you aren't gonna like because when you eat fat, it's take time to digest and if you eat fat based meal before your exercise then you feel blotted and this will cause you with breathing problem, you aren't gonna feel good and your attention will not be in the exercise Carbs gives you the energy so you can lift heavy for long time and Protein have amino acids it'll prevent muscle Break down simple as that
And before workout (20-30)min. you can consume Coffee or Green tea. it'll activate your Brain Receptors that will help you with focus and concentrate on your exercise

BEFORE WORKOUT (60-90) MIN. :-

FOOD MEAL :-Carbs- 2 Bananas, Wholegrain Bread, Sweet Potatoes, Oatmeal with water

Protein- 4-5 Egg Whites or Protein Shake or BCAA Supplement

BEFORE WORKOUT (20-30) MIN. :-

DRINK MEAL :- Black Coffee , Green Tea.
