PROTEIN AND KIDNEY MYTH : DOES PROTEIN EFFECTS KIDNEYS?

DOES PROTEIN EFFECTS KIDNEYS ?

Absolutely not, there is no such evidence that whey protein effect your kidneys,

  • Let me tell you, people who already have the kidney problem and they are taking protein supplement without consulting it then definitely it will effect because your kidneys are not healthy and you are taking protein supplement then it will effect.
  • And not only whey protein but any protein source including chicken, eggs, fish etc. any protein source you are eating and your kidneys are not healthy then protein will effect on your kidneys doesn't matter if whey or chicken or fish or eggs.
  • It means there is problem in you, problem is in your kidneys not in the supplement.
  • So does whey protein effect your kidneys....NO there is no such a proof.
  • There is no evidence. it's all myths, means you listen from someone and someone listen from another because someone had problem in the kidneys and used supplement without consulting it he had kidney problem before and he through it because of the supplement.
  • Let me tell you the function of the kidney, your kidney works to filter the blood and after after filter liquid goes into the urine bladder then it comes out through urine you know it...right if your kidneys are unhealthy then it won't able to filter the blood properly now if you take protein like: chicken, fish, eggs without limit then it will absolutely effect on your kidneys

SO, WHAT TO DO IF YOU HAVE KIDNEY PROBLEM ?

  • If you have kidney problem then it's a medical condition.
  • It's mean without consulting the doctor do not buy any supplement.
  • Reduce the protein intake from the food.
  • Drink more water so that way your kidney will filter the blood properly.
  • So the bottom line is anybody who is taking protein supplement you have to drink 3-4 litres of water a day, so that way your kidney will filter the blood properly and your blood circulation won't be thick if it;s too thick then kidney won;t be able to filter it.
  1. So it's reason is not whey protein or some thing like that....,it means you have problem.
  2. If you have the problem doesn't mean that other have the same problem , absolutely not.
  3. If you have a health problem then ask the doctor, ask physician, ask nutritionist.
  4. Don't ask to the trainer, if your trainer is not certified or just a personal trainer and he doesn't have nutrition certification or degree then he doesn't know about medical condition and he will recommend you a protein supplement and that would be stupidity
  5. If some trainer recommend you the supplement without knowing the medical condition that's totally wrong.
  6. So it's your health and you should know that.
  7. If you have deficiency then supplement it.

SO WHEY PROTEIN DOESN'T EFFECT YOUR KIDNEYS
