DRINKING WATER DURING EXERCISE
Whether it is important to Drink Water While Exercising ?
Yes it is very important to drink Water While Exercising and it's the particular place where you drink more Water, And it's not Fix that how much water should be consumed, you can drink 1 litre of water, it's also important that how long you exercise & People who sweat a lot may need to drink more. Don't drink whole, if you working-out for long time(60-90 min), So you can sip it through out the workout slowly, water is very important because water push all the nutrients you consumed entire day and during workout water push the amino acids to your muscles, Assume you take chicken or Eggs Or pre-workout before your workout and these all food have protein and our body breaks protein into Amino Acids And water push All the amino acids into muscle and prevent your muscle from break which is important.
- So you can drink 1 litre of water (30-35 ounce) DURING WORKOUT And If you are Training for Long Period like (1 hour-2 hour) then you can go with (1.5 or 2) litre of water.
If you Are training abs after exercise then you can low the water quantity, you don't want water in your stomach when you squeeze abs , it's important for inhale and exhale. so drinking water is important during exercise again drink less water during abs workout.
How Much Water?
- Yes you can drink 1 litre water
- If you are training for long time of period then you can drink (1.5-2 litre ) of water.
- Do not drink whole water, you can sip water slowly
- Drink less Water in Abs Workout
